So as has been the practice for the past month and a half or so, my playbacks were ruled mostly by Imagine Dragons and Fall out Boy...the addiction of the perfection of Save Rock and Roll has been a major influence on the rediscovery of their past works. The rest are pretty random but familiar players in my playbacks seen throughout the rest of the year, with a reintroduction of Lupe Fiasco being one of the top re-entries. I still haven't heard his latest album but I think now that it's warmer out, I will check it out (IDK why, but rap and hip hop always make me feel like warmer weather music).
What I Watched
'Pain and Gain'
Unexpectedly the most refreshing comedy I have seen in awhile, I mean I knew from 'Ted' that Mark Wahlberg could do comedy but didn't expect it to have as much of a sense of humor as it did. The Rock and the third guy in the group was pretty good as well. The whole thing about the dumb musclehead jocks never lost its charm or freshness - check it out and don't let the fact that Michael Bay directed it discourage you from checking it out.
