Katy Perry's third major studio album Prism was released and its impact led her to the top of my most-played although it wasn't by a mile or something extraordinary. It's a decent pop album but the last half of it or so kinda peters out weakly. Uh I introduced Kings of Leon to a coworker that led to a lot of appreciation for the band' back catalogue and that pretty much sums up the week. Also the second part of the 20/20 Experiment is a lot weaker than the first and I agree, kinda a letdown and could've skipped it. But I do like the last song in the album, or at least the first part (has a hidden second song on the track) 'Not a Bad Thing'. Reminds me of like 'Mirrors' a little bit and I'm totally a sucker for it.
What I Watched
Pretty Little Liars, Season 4A
So this teenage soap is so unrealistic and just totally unbelieveable and cheesy but it's now in it's fourth season and a few months after it originally aired the first half of its season I catched up with it - I tend to like to marathon it because of all the characters and storylines to keep up with. I tried watching the spin-off 'Ravenswood' but so far haven't really digged it all that much and find it kind of try-hard but I might give it another chance in a few weeks to see if it improves at all.
